 Sunday August 5, 2001 there were only two state vying for the 2002 National Bikers Roundup. There was Wisconsin & Washington D.C./Virginia.

After the two State representatives made their proposals the vote was take as these photos show.  Wisconsin went first and got 25 votes, D.C./Virginia was next and got a record number 115 votes. As you can see D.C./Virginia needed 4 rows for all the clubs voting for them.
